It is a space to take time out and reflect on what is really important to you.
We use nature to slow down, recharge and reflect on what’s important.
You will have time and space to strip away some of your old habits and 'shoulds, needs, coulds, ought to’s'
From this place we then build a picture of what you really want for yourself.
We bring the inside out into the open for you to explore and examine.

A small, 2.5-day outdoor immersion
Strictly limited to just four people.
It won’t be a busy retreat or a packed schedule.
It will be spacious. Thoughtful. Gently held.
Time to rest properly

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to bring with me on the day?
A list of what to bring will be sent a few days before the event along with any specific items that may be weather dependent.
However, you may wish to consider the below as a rough guide:
* Light refreshments are provided but please bring your own mug for hot drinks. Please advise of any specific dietary requirements.
* Wear sturdy shoes and comfortable and warm clothing. You may wish to bring enough layers to ensure that you are warm enough during the day.
* Bring a waterproof jacket in case of rain.
* Course Materials are provided but you may wish to bring a pen and maybe a notebook for any additional notes
* Should you wish to use a more comfortable chair please bring a camping chair with you
What preparation do I need to do?
Some pre-work will be sent a few days before the event. This will take you about 45 minutes and consist of some reading or listening to an audio.
What else do I need to know?
We will be doing some light breath work and movement during the event and we can walk in the grounds during the day.
Please advise of any specific health or physical impairments that may affect this and so that we can prepare accordingly.
